CONTEMPORARY LOFT
This 702 SQ FT loft is in a high rise building in Uptown Phoenix.
We were deeply inspired by the young professional’s passion for his living space. He wanted neutral colors to represent his masculine side but longed for that feminine touch. He intreated for a five-star hotel atmosphere.
Having a busy schedule, and not able to travel much, he wanted to feel like he arrived in a luxury place to relax at the end of his working day.
The other challenge was the laundry’s easy access. By specifying a Washing/Dryer combination we were able to utilize the minimum space in the restroom. Complying with our client’s demand.
By using gray color, which is the new neutral’s latest trend, we delivered a timeless, practical, sophisticated look.
The living room chairs have curves to soften the sharp edges of the building, and an impersonal area rug creates a cozy sitting environment; The small amounts of a splash of color, like red roses on the table a green plant on the corner along with the art pieces provide the womanly touch and color.
